Dr David Said

David is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years experience working in mental health. He is a veteran who has served in the Australian Army as a senior military psychologist. David has deployed on operations with the ADF, both on peacekeeping and warlike operations on over 10 occasions. He holds a doctorate in clinical psychology. He has worked for NSW Health, held senior positions in the Department of Defence, has worked at Sydney's prestigious universities, and in several private consultancies. He is committed to providing best practice evidence-based psychological treatment to help you overcome your difficulties.

David has a particular interest in working with PTSD, Depression and anger in men and veterans. He also provides clinical supervision in these areas as well as clinical supervision for clinical psychology registrars. He uses both Prolonged exposure and EMDR to treat PTSD.

 

 

Sally Said

Sally Said is a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience in treating
psychological problems. She has worked in both private practice and public mental health services, where she has developed expertise in providing psychological treatment for adults with mood, anxiety, trauma, personality and substance use disorders, relationship, and work issues.

She has over 10 years experience working in a public mental health anxiety disorders clinic where she has provided psychological treatment for adults with social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, OCD, generalised anxiety disorder, PTSD, specific phobias, bipolar, substance use problems and depression. She also has a strong interest in providing treatment for PTSD using EMDR. She has also provided psychological therapy to current Defence members and veterans. Sally is a psychology board of Australia approved supervisor and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Clinical College.

 

Dr Jessica Cheung

 

Jessica completed her clinical psychology training and PhD at the University of New South Wales. She has 12 years of experience in the treatment of psychological and emotional difficulties in adults and older adults. Jessica has gained expertise through working in a diverse range of public health and private settings. These include working in private practice, an adult anxiety clinic, hospital oncology service, clinical research setting for the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder in police officers and first responders, a refugee trauma research group, and adult community mental health services.

 

Jessica is committed to the practice of therapeutic approaches grounded in scientific research including cognitive behaviour therapy. She has a special interest in working with individuals with anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder and Defence members. Jessica has completed a PhD examining underlying mechanisms of posttraumatic stress disorder. Her research has been published in a number of peer-reviewed journals.

 

Sigal Dudaee-Faass

Sigal is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who has over twenty years experience working in both public mental health and private practice settings. She enjoys supporting adult clients with a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, grief and loss, low self-esteem, anger, and adjustment to major life events.

Sigal is dedicated to assisting her clients build on their strengths to help them achieve growth and changes in their lives. She is skilled in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Schema Focused Therapy (SFT). Her breadth of experience with multiple therapy models enables her to tailor therapy to the individual’s needs and offer both short-term and longer-term therapy.

Sigal has a special interest and expertise in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. She is committed to facilitating a safe space where clients are able to explore and address their difficulties at a pace that feels comfortable to them.

Sigal holds a Masters degree in clinical psychology from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). Sigal is a board approved supervisor and regularly provides training and supervision to post graduate students in clinical psychology and to other mental health professionals.
